12月22日冬至　みなみくおおはし

1年の中で最も昼間の時間が短い日です⛄。
古くから、この日を「一陽来復（いちようらいふく）」と呼び、太陽が新しく生まれ変わる日としていました🌞。

太陽の力が最も弱まる時が、再び力を取り戻す時という考え方で、厳しい冬が終わり、暖かな春が来るという希望の象徴ともされています🌸。

この日を迎えるにあたり、運気を呼び込むために「ん」のつく食べ物を食べる風習が日本にはあります。

かぼちゃ（なんきん）、にんじん、れんこん、銀杏、寒天、金柑、うどん（うんどん）など、

特に「ん」が二つつくものが良いとされています🎋。その中でも、かぼちゃは「南京（なんきん）」とも呼ばれ、運気を高める食材とされています。カロテンが豊富なかぼちゃは、抵抗力を高め、冬を健康に過ごすための頼れる野菜です🎃。

Pumpkin (nankin), carrot (ninjin), lotus root (renkon), ginkgo nut (ginnan), kanten jelly (kanten), kumquat (kinkan), and udon noodles (undon), etc.

Especially, it is considered good luck if the "n" sound appears twice in the food name 🎋. Among these, pumpkin, also called "nankin," is regarded as an ingredient that increases good fortune.
