Eggs laid during the Daikan period, known as "Daikan Eggs," and miso and soy sauce made with "Kan-no-mizu" (cold-season water), are believed to have high nutritional value and develop deeper flavors due to slow fermentation 🍽️. Send a "Kanchu-mimai" (midwinter greeting) to your loved ones, and for yourself, enjoy hot drinks and nourishing meals for a winter that delights both body and soul❄️
